Eteri Zaslavsky is the Managing Director at Next Realty, LLC and is responsible for executing the company’s investment strategy including sourcing and structuring new investments opportunities. Since joining Next Realty in 2006, Eteri has completed over 50 transactions across multiple asset types nationwide. Eteri has also been instrumental in the capital raises of Next Realty’s prior investment funds, including Next Realty Fund X, LP, which is currently being deployed in a diversified portfolio of investments in our target markets.
Throughout her career, Eteri has been active in all aspects of the commercial real estate business. Prior to joining Next Realty, Eteri worked at Allstate Investments, where she originated commercial real estate loans. Earlier in her career, Eteri worked at The Tuckerman Group, a subsidiary of State Street Global Advisors (SSgA), structuring joint-venture equity and mezzanine debt transactions and also worked in the Capital Markets Group of Jones Lang LaSalle representing clients in dispositions of office and retail assets.
Eteri received a BA in Economics from The University of Chicago and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Eteri is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Real Estate Finance Forum, an organization focused on the advancement of women in real estate finance. Additionally, Eteri is a Board Member of The University of Chicago Newberger Hillel, and is actively involved with the Jewish United Fund. She and her husband live in Deerfield with their two children.
