Eddie Prosser

Eddie Prosser is a Principal at Thorofare Capital and serves as the Head of Credit and Chief Operating Officer (“COO”), bringing two decades of real estate investment and development experience. At Thorofare, he is a voting member of the Investment Committee and is responsible for asset level, portfolio, and corporate performance. He has been involved with more than $4B of loan closings across multiple vehicles. Over his career, Eddie has held positions with Legacy Partners, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and Innovative Communities / Innovative Commercial where he gained significant experience in acquisitions, dispositions, finance, development, and construction management. Eddie graduated from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California with emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Real Estate Finance and holds a real estate broker’s license in California. He is an active participant of Urban Land Institute and serves as a board member for Foundation for Affordable Housing.
