Brian Roach

Brian Roach is Director, Asset and Fund Management, United States at Mapletree, where he serves as Fund Manager of Mapletree US & EU Logistics Private Trust (MUSEL) and oversees the asset management of the firm’s U.S. logistics portfolio. He joined Mapletree in 2018 and brings more than 21 years of real estate experience, with expertise in asset management, leasing and portfolio oversight. Prior to joining Mapletree, Roach held leadership positions with Cohen Asset Management, BH Properties, Combined Properties, Inc. and Jamison Services. He earned a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Southern California.
