April Royal is the Vice President of Capstone Real Estate Services’ multifamily operation. With more than 25 years of multifamily management expertise, her experience includes work with Conventional, Tax Credit, Student Housing and Active Adult apartment communities.
April believes that it takes a solid team to successfully and effectively manage real estate, and her dedication to that concept has helped her build a long-term, professional group of property supervisors, managers, and maintenance personnel.
April has been with Capstone Real Estate since 2015, and during her tenure with the company, her strong communication with property owners have helped her gain a unique understanding of a client’s short- and long-term objectives. April matches the right team for the right property — with the ultimate goal of enhancing client investments and overall property performance.
Her high-energy attitude, team approach, and dedication to excellence have translated into success for Capstone and its clients. Career successes include managing more than 10,000 multifamily units. She is skilled at directing renovation and rehab assignments and has managed millions of dollars of construction renovations. She spends a significant time working with developers from concept to delivery and groundbreaking to grand opening.
