Andy Chen is a seasoned Asset Manager for Anchor Health Properties and brings nearly ten years of healthcare and commercial real estate experience. Mr. Chen lends his acute understanding of full lifecycle management, relationship management, optimized expansion and strategic planning initiatives to maximize value within his 850,000 square foot portfolio.
As an accomplished real estate professional, Mr. Chen leads asset management and operations for the company’s investments in Arizona, California, Oregon, Nevada, and Washington, including leasing direction, risk mitigation, and budget accountability. He also works closely with Anchor’s development and property management teams to identify opportunities for growth.
Prior to joining Anchor, Mr. Chen served as a Senior Associate on the Investments Team at Pendulum Property Partners, a Southern California-based firm specializing in acquiring and managing Class A office and destination retail centers.
Mr. Chen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
