Andrew Kim

Andrew Kim is a Director on the Originations team at Thorofare Capital. He joined the firm in 2012 and is responsible for sourcing, deal structuring, and pricing of new loan originations from the firm’s Los Angeles office. With over a decade of structured finance experience, Andrew has played a key role on Thorofare’s capital deployment across eight investment vehicles and has been involved in over $1B of closed transactions. Andrew graduated the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and is a licensed Salesperson with the California Bureau of Real Estate.
