Mr. McClintic is an Acquisitions Manager for TruAmerica’s Central Region. Since joining the firm in Fall 2019 as an Analyst, Mr. McClintic has facilitated the closing of over $1.5 billion of acquisitions totaling over 7,000 units in various Southeast, Northeast, Midwest, and Texas markets. In 2021, Mr. McClintic relocated from the firm’s office in Arlington, VA to Dallas, TX to assist with the expansion of TruAmerica’s growing platform in the Central Region.
Mr. McClintic brings over 6 years’ experience in the multifamily industry to the position. Prior to TruAmerica, Mr. McClintic worked in Multifamily Investment Sales at Berkadia, where he covered the D.C. Metro Region. Mr. McClintic holds a B.S. in Foreign Affairs from The University of Virginia.
