Tyler Wilson serves as Senior Managing Director of Development for Mill Creek Residential for the Southwest region. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the multifamily development process including site acquisition, design and engineering, entitlement strategy, securing equity and debt financing, lease-up and disposition.
Mr. Wilson joined Mill Creek in 2020. Prior to his role with Mill Creek, he was a multifamily and senior living developer in the Arizona and Colorado markets for a national family-office development firm. He began his real estate career in New York as a commercial broker and later moved back home to Phoenix where he continued to work in commercial brokerage for eleven more years.
Mr. Wilson graduated from The University of Virginia. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Urban Land Institute (ULI) member, has served on the ULI Trends Day committee and is Co-Chair of the Arizona Region Multifamily product council. He also serves on the scholarship selection committee for the Arizona chapter of the Jefferson Scholars Foundation for UVa.
