Tony Cincinelli

Anthony Cincinelli, Executive Vice President of Construction and Development at Molto Properties, directs all aspects of asset development, from acquisition to substantial completion. Anthony has successfully delivered over 12.5 million square feet of industrial development during his career, meeting the highest industry standards. He joined the company in 2014 and has over twenty-five years of project management and construction experience. Anthony has been involved in a wide range of construction projects in the Midwest, Texas and California, including industrial warehouse and distribution, manufacturing, corporate headquarters, mid-rise office, higher education, medical office, and LEED-certified projects. Anthony holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. He is a NAIOP member.
