Tom Leary

As lead of ARCO/Murray’s National Industrial Tenant Solutions team, Tom uses his engineering background to implement creative solutions throughout the design and construction process that generate value for every buildout nationwide. He integrates seamlessly with ARCO’s ground-up industrial team to offer clients a full turnkey package. Tom oversees the on-site project management team on everything from business development, estimating, and due diligence to design, quality control, schedule, construction, client occupancy, and continued client and stakeholder relations. Tom is an active member of AIRE and oversees the Emerging Leaders program which helps members create greater operational efficiencies, take on less risk, streamline cash flow, and dollarize decisions. Tom attended Purdue University and earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Tom enjoys traveling, snowboarding, and cheering on the Chicago Cubs in his spare time.
