Todd Parks

Todd brings over a decade of experience in client relations, financial analysis and operations. Since joining Valiant, Todd has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s operational and growth strategies. Under his leadership, he has supported clients in successfully onboarding more than 225 assets, totaling over 50,000 units. In the early years with the organization, he supported the operational oversight of 15,000 units prior to SIMC Management’s rebrand to Valiant Residential in 2018. Todd’s expertise in financial & operational analysis and relationship management allows us to foster new long-term partnerships and strengthen client relationships by supporting them in their acquisition needs. His forward-thinking approach and dedication to excellence continues to set Valiant apart as a leader in the industry.
