Taylor Shultz is a partner of Porter Kyle. He brings over 20 years of experience in acquisition, development, financing, management and disposition of apartments. Taylor is responsible for overseeing Porter Kyle’s investment strategy and managing financial relationships, both debt and equity. He oversees Porter Kyle’s site selection process, land acquisitions, community lease-ups, ongoing asset management, and future investments.
Taylor is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, and a member of the Arizona Multihousing Association and holds an Arizona Real Estate license. Taylor received his Bachelors of Science from the University of Arizona.
