Steven Ferreira

Mr. Ferreira is currently the Director of Real Estate Asset Management for LNR Partners, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Starwood Property Trust. In this role, he has national responsibility for LNR’s real estate asset management activities including strategic oversite, management, leasing, disposition of real estate owned (“REO”) properties, and real estate advisory services. Mr. Ferreira spent the first 12 years of his career at AmeriFirst Development Corporation doing large-scale land development, mid-rise condominium, and office development projects in the State of Florida. He joined LNR in October 1995 and brings to the company over 40 years of commercial real estate experience.
