Stephanie, Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) Technical Director at EBI Consulting, develops and implements quality control and assessment programs, and ensures EBI’s assessors adhere to the latest industry standards. She oversees and manages EBI’s ESA reviewers and environmental training programs, assists in business development, and has personally completed over 400 environmental site assessments. With over 24 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate market, Stephanie is a driving force behind increased efficiency, improved client deliverables, and the superior technical guidance EBI’s clients expect.
Stephanie has been with EBI Consulting for more than 20 years and continues to be an integral part of EBI’s Traditional Due Diligence team. She received her Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Auburn University, is a certified AHERA inspector, and works remotely from her home in South Carolina.
