Shannon Mangiameli has had a multi-faceted, almost 20-year career in commercial real estate. She is an experienced construction and project management professional with two decades of demonstrated results; first working for a variety of commercial building owners in the Midwest and now overseeing industrial construction for the Northeast and Central regions of the Amazon Transportation Services group. Her versatility lies in her ability to manage stakeholder agendas by assisting both owners and tenants in strategic planning, project design, implementation, and close out.
Shannon earned her Bachelor and Masters of Arts degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After some time in CRE, she received her MBA from Roosevelt University with a concentration in Real Estate as a Goldie Scholar. She has held an IL RE Brokers license since 2005, a LEED GA designation, is a graduate of Archeworks Urban Design Lab, and while at Amazon, completed a certificate program at Cornell University.
Shannon was involved in several Chicago professional organizational groups prior to her relocation to Baltimore. She is currently a mentor for the Goldie Initiative to two graduates located in the DMV area, a new member of the Alumni Advisory Board for the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate at Roosevelt University, and a scholastic writing panelist for the Baltimore Office of Promotion and the Arts and a member of Women in Transportation & Engineering affinity group at Amazon. Shannon is enjoying exploring the food and culture of the MidAtlantic and Chesapeake Bay area.
