Scott Gibbel

Scott spearheads Sterling Bay’s strategic initiatives within the industrial real estate sector. His responsibilities include oversight of all acquisitions, development projects, and leasing activities within the vertical. Prior to joining Sterling Bay, Scott served as Chicago Market Officer at IDI Logistics, a leading developer and manager of logistics real estate in the U.S. Scott holds a BS in Business, Finance, and Real Estate from Indiana University Kelley School of Business and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is on the board of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and is a youth mentor through LINK Unlimited Scholars.
