Sandra Dee Taylor is the Principal of SL Taylor Investments in Dallas, Texas. She handles business operations, construction management and focuses her time on the acquisition then redevelopment of B & C grade multi-family assets.
Her commercial real estate career began in Albuquerque, New Mexico at Grubb & Ellis then CBRE as a Retail Specialist. She obtained her CPM and later started her own property management company which she and her partner sold six years later. She leveraged that experience at Hunt Development Group to coordinate Tax Incremental Financing for large mixed-use projects in NM. In 2012 she moved to Dallas managing HUD FHA development and tax credit loans for Prudential Asset Resources specifically for multi-family, senior living and hospitals. In 2016 she once again founded her own company.
Sandra’s passion is her membership of CREW Dallas [Commercial Real Estate Women] and is a second year Board Member. She is also a Board of Trustee and Director for CREW in the Community, the chapter’s philanthropic entity that was started exclusively to improve the lives of women in the Dallas area by creating pathways to success and economic independence. To-date this entity has raised and given back over $3m to this cause.
