Sam Berry

Sam is Vice President at VennPoint, responsible for sourcing new acquisition opportunities, oversight of underwriting and deal vetting processes, sourcing equity and debt, and providing strategic guidance to the investment committee on portfolio strategy.  Prior to joining VennPoint, he was part of HFF’s Investment Advisory practice where he underwrote over $2B of investment sale and equity placement CRE transactions.  Sam is also an active member in the Chicago community, currently Co-chairing the JUF Emerging Real Estate Group Board of Directors.  Sam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Operations Management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois.
