Ross is a Vice President at ARCO/Murray, a Top 10 U.S. Design-Builder (ENR). He leads the estimating and overall construction process for Tenant Improvement & adaptive reuse projects out of ARCO’s Chicago office, while managing a team of 72. Currently, he’s overseeing the conversion of a former textile mill into a boutique hotel in New York and historic theater into multifamily units just north of Chicago. He also helps manage the multi-phase buildout of the Terminal, a 250,000 SF INVEST South/WEST adaptive reuse project and winner of three ‘Chicago Redevelopment of the Year’ awards over the last six months. He has an MBA from DePaul University in Real Estate Finance & Investment and Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Technology from Purdue University. He resides in the city of Chicago with his wife and two daughters.
