Well-versed in every aspect of the development lifecycle, Rose Tilley is an industry-leading real estate development executive with a proven track record for strategic execution across a wide range of asset classes in New York City and nationally. Tilley oversees a vast portion of Charney’s new developments in Brooklyn and Queens, totaling approximately 2,000 apartments across three of their new properties: 300 Nevins Street in Gowanus, 45-03 23rd Street in Hunters Point, and 95 Rockwell Place in Fort Greene.
Prior to joining Charney, Tilley led residential development efforts for Google and Lendlease’s joint venture master plan in Mountain View, CA, where key accomplishments included master plan entitlement and creation and implementation of the strategic business plan to achieve short- and long-term financial and performance objectives. Additionally, she led development for Twining Properties, RXR Realty, and served a leadership role with Steiner NYC and Steiner East Village.
Rose is a graduate of Columbia University and is active in Urban Land Institute.
