Based in Dallas, Rob leads a team of seasoned and highly skilled real estate professionals responsible for the special servicing and real estate owned (REO) disposition for one of the nation’s leading multifamily lenders. Prior to his current role, Rob directed a team that oversaw a large portfolio of affordable housing bonds and loans for a major international investment bank.
Before joining Trimont in 2020, Rob worked at Fannie Mae for more than 15 years, where among other roles, he served as Vice President overseeing asset management of the agency’s multifamily business. Previous to that he has worked in the commercial real estate divisions of several commercial banks and has extensive experience in affordable housing financing, including low-income housing tax credit and HUD programs.
