Richard Sodeke is an Acquisition Manager for TruAmerica Multifamily where he is responsible for the acquisition of multifamily assets in the central region of the US.
Previously, Richard was an Associate at Nuveen real estate where he handle acquisitions & dispositions for the housing sector and was responsible for the closing of $1.3B in transaction volume. Prior to Nuveen, Richard held roles originating debt at PGIM Real Estate based out of Washington DC and as a broker at Marcus & Millichap based out of Brooklyn.
Richard received his bachelor’s degree in business & economics from Lehigh University where he was also a member of the varsity football team for 4 years.
