Randall Rosen, RPA, CPA is a senior real estate asset management executive with nearly four decades of experience driving value creation across complex and distressed commercial real estate portfolios. He brings deep expertise in REO strategy, tenant leasing, investment sales, and turnaround management, with a comprehensive understanding of valuation, underwriting, and portfolio-level profit and loss accountability. Known for his analytical rigor and hands-on leadership style, Randall has successfully maximized returns across office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and hospitality assets nationwide.
Through the years, as a Real Estate Asset Manager and Team Leader, and now Director of Real Estate Asset Management at LNR Partners, Randall and his team over the last 13 years have overseen a diversified portfolio of more than 1,000 properties totaling over 85 million square feet, 25,000 hotel rooms and 40,000 apartment units. Throughout his tenure, he has led over 800 asset dispositions totaling approximately $6 billion and negotiated 2.5 million square feet of complex leases with national credit tenants such as Costco, Home Depot, FINRA, the GSA, American Express, and AT&T. He is also responsible for directing millions of dollars of major capital and tenant improvement initiatives, implementing cost controls, coordinating nationwide property tax appeals resulting in more than $117 million in savings, and performing due diligence and underwriting for new CMBS acquisitions.
Earlier in his career, Randall held senior accounting and finance roles in both public accounting and private real estate organizations, providing him with a strong financial foundation that informs his asset-level decision-making. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Florida International University after attending the University of Florida and is both a Certified Public Accountant and a BOMI certified Real Property Administrator. Randall is recognized for his ability to navigate challenging market conditions, lead multidisciplinary teams, and execute creative strategies that unlock value and exceed stakeholder expectations.
