Before co-founding Sherpa, Rahul successfully established a mortgage banking company, originating more than $500 million in residential and small-balance commercial loans. His extensive background in business development and strategic alliances features a tenure as a Manager at Encyclopedia Britannica, where he managed strategic internet initiatives. Rahul’s professional journey also includes valuable experience as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen’s Transaction Advisory Group, specializing in due diligence for corporate finance transactions involving financial institutions, private equity firms, and mid-sized corporations. His consulting expertise spans over 50 transactions across diverse industries, with deal sizes ranging from $50 million to $1 billion.
