With more than 35 years of experience, Peter is one of Canada’s foremost investment sales and advisory experts. He has completed some of Canada’s most significant joint ventures and advisory assignments in all property sectors totaling over $150 billion. Peter heads the National Investment Team based in Toronto with a focus on office, retail, Industrial, land, and multi-family. The National Investment Team consists of more than 25 real estate experts. Peter is also a member of CBRE’s Global Capital Advisory Team. The Global Team consists of key leaders and heads of the Capital Markets for the different geographic regions. In this role, Peter has completed multiple major joint ventures totaling more than $10 billion. He is also a member of CBRE’s Canadian Board of Directors, Executive Management Committee and Canadian Executive Council. As an industry leader, Peter is frequently quoted by the media. Over the last 15 years, he has been featured as a speaker on BNN, the Toronto Real Estate Forum, NAIOP, CBRE Americas Summit, CBRE European Capital Markets Conference, numerous property forums and industry events across North America and beyond.
