Michael Clewlow

As Vice President of Acquisitions based in Rosemont, Michael Clewlow is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and acquiring industrial properties throughout the Chicago region. Since starting with Venture One in 2020, Michael has been involved in acquiring over 70 buildings totaling 4.5 million square feet. Additionally, Michael has assisted in the disposition of over 70 buildings totaling 3.5 million square feet. Prior to working at Venture One, Michael worked at Kroll in the Real Estate Advisory Group where he was responsible for the preparation of quarterly appraisals and net asset valuation reports across all asset classes. Michael graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Economics and Finance. He sits on the Developing Leaders board of NAIOP and is a junior board member on the Daniel Murphy Scholarship Fund.
