Michael Borron

Michael is a licensed broker and has worked as an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield since 2019. Prior to that, he worked at Cushman & Wakefield as a Research Analyst in Office Leasing and the Data Center Advisory Group beginning the summer of 2016. Michael works in Cushman & Wakefield’s Data Center Advisory Group where he works on one of the largest top producing teams in Canada. He has worked on major site selection accounts including projects for Fortune 100 companies, capital market transactions including land, industrial properties and off market transactions, office leasing transactions, written specialized consulting reports, financial analysis for clients, and with teams to create, manage and implement listing programs across North America.
