Matthew’s role as a Senior Associate allows him to work directly with our San Diego Healthcare Team, a highly specialized service line within Cushman & Wakefield that provides real estate solutions to the healthcare and healthcare real estate industries. Within the marketplace, he handles landlord representation, tenant representation, and owner-user/ investment sales. Matthew’s focus is leasing, sales of medical office buildings, and cultivating an extensive client base within the healthcare industry in San Diego County.
Matthew likes to prioritize his time prospecting for medical tenants in the market and assist managing the teams extensive agency leasing and tenant rep assignments. In his free time he enjoys surfing, snowboarding, paying sports, and taking advantage of all the outdoor activities San Diego has to offer.
