Mac Bernie, CFA is a Managing Director in the Debt Investment Group at Kennedy Wilson, where he specializes in structuring and originating senior construction loans across multifamily projects in the Western United States. Over the course of his career, he has closed approximately $2 billion in transactions and is actively involved in deal execution, client relationship management, and credit strategy.
Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson, Mac built a foundation in real estate through roles in asset management, valuation, and underwriting at PNC Bank and a boutique real estate investment and advisory firm. Mac graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and lives in Thousand Oaks, California with his wife and two daughters.
