Kyle Jemtrud is a Managing Director at Greystone, a commercial real estate lending, investment, and advisory company. He focuses on lending for multifamily properties across a range of mortgage platforms, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS, and bridge. In 2018, he was named a Top 10 producer for Freddie Mac’s small balance loan platform in the Central U.S. region.
Prior to joining Greystone in 2017, Kyle was President of Seaside Capital Group, a private commercial mortgage brokerage. He has also held roles in a lending capacity at 1st United Bank, Bank of St. Croix, Jefferson Bank of Florida, Allied Capital Group, and Liberty National Mortgage Company.
Kyle earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Stout. He is a current Committee Member of the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association
