Kevin brings deep expertise in capital markets, debt and equity structuring, and investor relations to his role at Clear Height Properties. As Executive Director of Capital Markets, he leads equity and debt capital raising efforts, drives long-term partnerships, and oversees financing strategies that support Clear Height’s growth.
Kevin works closely with the acquisitions, finance, and leadership teams to align capital strategy with the company’s investment goals. Known for his collaborative approach and commitment to excellence, he plays a key role in structuring deals, sourcing financing, and enhancing the partner experience.
Before joining Clear Height, Kevin co-led the Capital Markets team at Brennan Investment Group, supporting a $6.4 billion national industrial platform. His background also includes acquisition, development, and lending roles at Ashland Capital and Wintrust Bank, where he built strong relationships across the real estate sector.
Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business. He is a member of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders, an active participant in REFAI, and a volunteer coach with First Tee, helping provide access to golf for underprivileged youth.
