Jonathan Rudersdorf is President of the Central Region, responsible for all activities including development, acquisitions, and operations in the central United States. The Central Region comprises of roughly 290 million square feet across ten markets: Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Cincinnati, Columbus, Indianapolis, Louisville, Nashville, Austin, and San Antonio.
Previously he served as SVP, Head of Operations for the Central Region and was responsible for strategic planning, overseeing all leasing and operating metrics, coordinating the region’s disposition strategy, and managing the region’s operations team of approximately 150 employees.
Prior to his operations role, Mr. Rudersdorf was Vice President, Market Officer for Columbus and Cincinnati in the Central Region for Prologis. In this capacity, he was responsible for overall strategy including disposition and acquisition as well as overseeing all operational and leasing activities throughout the Columbus and Cincinnati markets.
Prior to joining Prologis, Mr. Rudersdorf was Senior Associate at CBRE Inc., where he specialized in the representation of corporations and institutions in the acquisition, disposition and development of industrial real estate across the globe. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette University.
