Jim Palmer is a senior vice president and national director of Marcus & Millichap’s Commercial Property Auction Services.
Mr. Palmer’s career has spanned over 25 years, during which he’s held numerous leadership positions in both Technology and Real Estate industries. He joined Marcus & Millichap in 2023 after spending eight years at Ten-X as part of the leadership team managing the Broker Channel, and many of their largest institutional clients. Prior to Ten-X, Mr. Palmer was one of three Principal Partners and served as President & COO of a software company that was acquired by Ten-X in 2015. He brings a unique blend of technology and real estate experience, making him a regular on industry panels discussing how technology is changing the commercial real estate industry.
Mr. Palmer holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of New Hampshire.
