Jesus Suarez

Jesus Suarez has been the National Sales Director for KDM Financial since 2019. Mr. Suarez oversees both the East Coast and West Coast sales teams. He has more than 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate financing and has closed over $850 million in commercial loans consisting of CMBS, commercial bank, SBA and Freddie/Fannie agency paper. He began his career Global Investment Properties in 1998 and continued to Silver Hill Financial from 2005 to 2009 as a Senior Account Manager; followed by Senior Vice President of sales at Lincoln Road Funding. He enjoys setting production goals and achieving them with the capital market teams throughout the nation. He also gives back to the community by supporting numerous children foundations both locally and nationally.
