Jessica Niehaus is a Senior Vice President at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) who focuses on the real estate industry. Jessica works with real estate owners, managers, and developers to design creative and costefficient insurance programs. Leveraging her industry knowledge and legal background, Jessica provides in-depth coverage analysis, identifies and manages risk exposures, and tailors insurance programs based on her clients’ long- term goals and objectives. Jessica enjoys bringing new ideas from the market to her clients and witnessing their organization grow and evolve over time.
Prior to joining MMA, Jessica practiced law in Chicago, and beginning in 2014, served as Vice President for a national insurance brokerage in Chicago, with a focus on real estate and hospitality.
Jessica earned her Juris Doctor from DePaul University – College of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University with a degree in Public Policy Analysis and Economics. She currently holds her Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation. Jessica is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Executive Women of Chicago (CREW), the Real Estate Finance Forum (REFF) and the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP)
