Jason is a senior counsel in the firm’s New York office and focuses his practice on sophisticated leasing matters, debt and equity financings, and acquisitions. He draws on his extensive knowledge and experience working with investment funds, developers and real estate firms to advise across the broad spectrum of real estate transactions.
Jason has managed several large-scale leasing projects for prominent institutional landlords, tenants, and real estate investment and development firms for millions of square feet of space.
He spearheads deal teams in significant construction financings, and has secured the funding for transformative projects, including entertainment, hospitality, commercial, retail, and mixed-use properties.
Additionally, Jason has experience coordinating equity investments and acquisitions for developers and real estate firms in multifamily and office developments, and advises real estate firms on including the acquisition, demolition, and build-out processes across multiple transactions.
Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Jason served as a Deputy General Counsel at Bravo Capital, as well as prominent AmLaw firms in New York where he focused on real estate transactions.
