Jack Brennan is an Executive Vice President and Partner of NAI Hiffman’s Industrial
Services Group. He specializes in assisting tenants and owners, both private and
institutional, in the leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development of industrial
and land assets in the Chicagoland area. Although he focuses primarily on the
I-88, I-90, I-55, and Central DuPage submarkets, he is experienced in multi-market
transactions and his transactional experience spreads throughout the country.
Jack has represented established companies such as Royal Power Solutions,
Direct Aerosystems, Kristel Displays, Cast Aluminum Solutions, Welding Material
Sales, Digital Print Partners, Brickworks Supply and RW Rogers Company. In
addition to representing these industrial occupiers, Jack has worked on behalf
of countless institutional owners and landlords such as High Street Logistics
Properties, Stockbridge Capital Group, TA Realty, Westmount Realty Capital,
Brookfield Properties, MWI Property Group, Venture One Real Estate, Dayton Street
Partners, NorthPoint Development, STAG Industrial, and many more.
Jack joined NAI Hiffman in 2020 after spending four years at Cawley Chicago Real
Estate. He has personally facilitated the successful sale or leasing of transactions
in excess of $700,000,000 and has been instrumental in facilitating numerous
ground up development projects throughout the Chicagoland area. He prides
himself on existing clients continually leaning on him for his expertise and market
knowledge. Jack is a graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI and
Fenwick High School in Oak Park, IL.
