Ioanna Georgitsopoulou is a results-driven professional with over 12 years of experience in Design and Project Management, specializing in off-site/industrialized construction for the past 7+ years. Specializing in PMO, operations & production planning, DFM, and lean manufacturing strategies, Ioanna holds a post-graduate master’s degree (MDerR) in Emerging Systems, Technologies, and Media, with a concentration in robotics and digital fabrication, alongside Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Architecture.
With a proven track record as the former Project Director at Connect Homes and VP of Project Management at Plant Prefab, Ioanna has successfully led residential and commercial projects from design and preconstruction phases to completion. Her responsibilities included master planning, DFM, spec-scope definition, means & methods definition, risk management, and ensuring customer success.
Ioanna rejoined Connect Homes Family last year as VP of Design and Project Management tasked with spearheading cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of building projects. She oversees every facet of the project lifecycle, from initial presentation to navigating design intricacies, permitting, and construction rigor, driving the delivery of projects on time and within budget, exceeding client expectations.

With the recent opening of their facility in Mesa, Arizona, Connect Homes is poised for significant growth, expanding manufacturing capacity and extending its footprint into the Western United States.
