Greg Minder joined Crescent Communities in 2025 and currently serves as the Managing Director of Central Florida. Greg is responsible for all multifamily development in the Central Florida region stretching from the West Coast of Florida through Northeast Florida and beyond. Greg previously owned and operated a mixed-use real estate development company — intowngroup — in Tampa, FL.
Prior to joining Crescent Communities Greg operated multiple Joint Venture partnerships in the Central Florida market. Greg held prior employment roles in Atlanta with Holder Properties and in Central Florida with The St. Joe Company where he oversaw multiple complex, mixed-use developments.
Greg is a Member of the Tampa Downtown Partnership where he has served as Chairman as well as previous board positions of ULI Tampa Bay, Tampa Museum of Art and Midtown Alliance in Atlanta. Greg earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida and an MBA from Arizona State University.
