Greg Ames

Greg Ames is the Market Leader and Senior Managing Director for TCC’s Southern California offices. Markets under Greg’s purview include all of Southern California, as well as Clark County in Nevada. Greg is responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the company’s real estate development activities in the region, and for raising capital, setting investment strategy, creating deal flow, financing projects, and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the regional team. Greg is an industry leader in Public Private Partnerships, and is sought after for his expertise in entitlements, execution, and structured finance on the most complex transactions and challenging projects.

Prior to joining TCC in 2004, Greg served for eight years as a Civil Engineer Corps Officer in the US Navy where he directed office, retail, industrial, medical, housing, airport, and military intelligence projects in the Continental US, Pacific, Mediterranean, and Caribbean theaters
