Gina Fridberg is an Executive Vice President with Wintrust Commercial Real Estate based in Chicago, IL where she leads several origination teams providing construction and acquisition financing nationwide. Gina’s experience spans over 20 years of commercial real estate debt origination, capital markets, restructuring, and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Wintrust, Gina was the Director of Strategic Initiatives with Podolsky Circle where she focused on growing the firm’s construction, brokerage, management, and receivership platforms.
By joining Wintrust, Gina came back to her banking roots, as she previously served as Senior Vice President at PNC and Fifth Third Bank.
Gina is involved with numerous real estate as well as community organizations and has served on the boards and committees of NAIOP, Wounded veterans’ fundraisers, JUF, Harold E Eisenberg Foundation as well as Ida Crown Jewish Academy. She lives in Skokie with her husband, children, and a rescued standard poodle.
