Evan Katzin is a Director for the US Commercial Real Estate Debt team, where he focuses on origination of value-add commercial real estate loans. Prior to joining AB in 2014, he was an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs’ Real Estate Financing Group. Katzin began his career in 2010 in LNR Property’s analyst rotational program.
