Eliza Gozar

Eliza Gozar is the Senior Vice President of Investments for Sabra Health Care REIT, Inc. (Nasdaq: SBRA) Ms. Gozar has almost 20 years of dedicated health care REIT experience and previously served as Senior Vice President, Acquisitions at American Healthcare Investors (now American Healthcare REIT, Inc.) from 2015 through 2021.  Prior to American Healthcare Investors, Ms. Gozar worked at HCP, Inc. (now Healthpeak Properties, Inc.), serving on both the Acquisitions and Asset Management teams from 2005 to 2015. Ms. Gozar is a graduate of both Johns Hopkins University SAIS Europe and Pomona College.
