Ed Lowenbaum

Ed Lowenbaum, a 25+ year industry veteran, is a Managing Principal at Cresa Chicago. He specializes in representing manufacturers and distributors with their real estate needs both locally and globally. Ed has received numerous awards for his accomplishments and is one of Chicago’s top brokers. He has been involved in over $900M in industrial sales, leases, build-to-suits, developments and re-developments, and provides significant value in the design and management of all construction related issues. Ed holds a B.S. in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado.  He is an active member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE).
