This pioneering development helped catalyze the westward expansion of the area, paving the way for further investment, creating the connection from Fulton Market to the United Center neighborhood. Throughout his career he has completed more than $1B in ground up development.
Today, Darren is re-entering the ground-up development and adaptive reuse investment space under the banner of Parq Development, with a renewed focus and optimism for the future of the real estate market.
