Dan Tilton has spent more than 40 years of his professional life developing and constructing multifamily housing, large mixed-use office, retail, hospitality, and other commercial real estate projects. His past senior leadership positions with some of the regions most respected multifamily development companies, including his own company for 12 years, has given him a broad knowledge base and a diversified skill set.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Arizona State University. Dan has had direct involvement in sourcing land development sites, obtaining entitlement approvals, equity and debt financing, project design, construction administration and lease-up of over 11,000 units.
