Daniel Sobelman is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CRE Bridge Capital, bringing over two decades of expertise in commercial real estate investment. With a proven track record, Daniel has led his team in originating, closing, and servicing more than $300 million in bridge loans with a blended average IRR of over 20%.
Before launching CRE Bridge Capital, Daniel held key leadership roles, including Director of Investments for a private REIT with approximately 13,000 apartments and $150 million in bridge debt, and Managing Partner of a Chicago based Family Office.
Daniel holds a BBA from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.
