Coralie Olson is a strategic leader in creative placemaking and public art consulting, with 20+ years of experience working at the intersection of commercial real estate, urbanism, marketing and the arts. As Managing Partner at MASSIVart, Coralie is driven by helping developers and asset owners integrate cultural elements into their real estate strategies to produce both social and economic impact.
Responsible for leading MASSIVart’s growth strategy in North America, her strategic placemaking advisory encompasses major retail destinations and mixed-use developments in Toronto and Vancouver, to major infrastructure projects and master planned communities in Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston.
Coralie is an active member of the Urban Land Institute’s Placemaking Product Council and ULI Americas Art in Place. She is frequently invited to speak at industry events about the ROI of placemaking strategies when strategically integrated at the front end of design and planning.
In addition to her professional work, Coralie has contributed to Toronto’s cultural landscape as an Advisory Member of the Luminato Festival and as a former Board Member for Long Winter, a community arts festival that showcases over 200 local artists annually.
