Currently the Managing Principal and Head of Investor Relations and Product Development for Loci Capital, a U.S. based real estate private equity firm with over $1.0BN of AUM.  Specialist with over 16 years of experience structuring and executing more than $40 billion of real estate and private equity transactions.  Prior to returning to the U.S., served as the Senior Vice President of Citi Private Bank’s Asia Pacific Private Equity and Real Estate Research and Management team in Hong Kong where he focused on sourcing, structuring, and syndicating private equity, real estate, and venture capital investments, primarily with an APAC investment thesis, to ultra-high net worth and family office investors globally.  In addition to his experience raising and deploying alternative investments, served on the real estate investment banking teams at Barclay Capital and Credit Suisse focused on covering blue-chip private equity sponsors.
