Casey Moore

Casey Moore is a managing director at Lument where he co-manages the western region seniors housing and healthcare production team, as well as agency financing for seniors housing. He is responsible for driving agency opportunities through a dedicated effort with the firm’s regional banking staff and enhancing the firm’s industry-leading agency loan origination platform.
Since joining Lument legacy firm Lancaster Pollard in 2016, Casey has played an instrumental role in the firm’s ascension as a leading Fannie Mae seniors housing lender with more than $400 million in closed transactions. He previously served as a director at Berkeley Point Capital, a principal at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, and a senior managing director at RED Capital Group.
Casey earned his bachelor’s from the University of North Texas and an MBA from Boston College.
